FEVAIT,S.L. uses an innovative mechanism to detect and prevent fraudulent actions. This solution allows to verify the authenticity of payments made on the Internet, safeguarding, at the same time, the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.
This level of security is made possible by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts communications between the customer's computer and our server, so that they cannot be intercepted. As such, FEVAIT, S.L. reserves the right to refuse payment of a transaction that is considered illegal. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

3D Secure
3D Secure es un protocolo de comunicación desarrollado para mejorar la seguridad de los pagos en Internet y posibilitar la autenticación del titular de la tarjeta de crédito por parte del banco emisor de la misma. Al efectuar un pago en una tienda online, se activa un procedimiento que verifica si la tarjeta de crédito utilizada es válida. Si es así, los sistemas de seguridad asociados al protocolo 3D Secure verifican la identidad del cliente recurriendo en tiempo real al emisor de la tarjeta de crédito. Este valida la identidad del cliente e informa al sistema de la tienda de que la tarjeta utilizada es legítima.
El objetivo es proteger a los titulares de las tarjetas de crédito, reduciendo la probabilidad de uso fraudulento de sus tarjetas y mejorando el desarrollo de la transacción. Este protocolo es utilizado por Visa, con la designación «Verified by Visa» y por Mastercard, con la designación «SecureCode».

How are credit card payments processed?
After selecting the credit card payment option and clicking on 'Place Order', the customer will be directed to the Redsys payment platform where he/she will have to enter the required credit card information, such as the credit card number, expiration date and security code. Finally, clicking on the 'Validate my payment' button will initiate the transaction.
If the payment is not accepted, an error message will appear in the shopping cart window. In this case, it is recommended to try the transaction again. If the problem persists, we recommend that the customer contact their bank or credit card issuer for further information.
Once the payment has been completed, the amount will be charged to the customer's credit card. If, for any reason, it is necessary to cancel the order, either totally or partially, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 5 working days. The transaction will be reflected on the customer's credit card statement after 2 business days from the refund date.
To protect our customers from fraud, we may request additional information to facilitate payment validation. If such a request is made, but we do not obtain a response within 3 business days, we will cancel the order and proceed to refund the payment.
Attention: Payments are always made in Euros, even if prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge currency conversion fees. FEVAIT,S.L. is totally alien to this procedure and accepts no responsibility for it.

In case the customer prefers not to pay for the order at the time of placing it, he/she can choose to make the payment later by bank transfer. We will only proceed to ship the order once we have the bank confirmation that the transfer has been made into our account.

Shipping

FEVAIT,S.L. procederá al envío del pedido del cliente el mismo día que se ha realizado, siempre que lo efectúe en un día hábil hasta las 15:00 y siempre que utilice una de las siguientes formas de pago: tarjeta de crédito o PayPal*.
Si el cliente opta por pagar el pedido mediante transferencia bancaria o a través de cajero automático*, solo podremos enviar el pedido una vez que tengamos la confirmación del pago por parte de nuestro banco, trámite que puede tardar hasta 7 días hábiles, dependiendo del país desde el cual se ha emitido la transacción.

Si surgiera alguna duda respecto al pedido (confirmación de la dirección de entrega, verificación del pago, productos fuera de stock, etc.), nos pondremos en contacto con el cliente mendiante correo electrónico. Esperaremos una respuesta por parte del cliente durante tres días hábiles. El pedido no será enviado hasta que recibamos una respuesta a nuestro mensaje. Delivery

Una vez que el pedido es enviado, el cliente recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con la factura correspondiente, un número de seguimiento y un enlace que le permite el seguimiento del pedido en el sitio web de la empresa de transportes.
El cliente también puede acceder a este enlace de seguimiento a través de su cuenta en franciscoespin.com, haciendo clic en la pestaña «Mis pedidos» que se muestra en la página de inicio de sesión. Es posible que, en el momento que se remite al cliente la confirmación del envío con el número correspondiente de seguimiento no se obtenga ningún resultado al tratar de realizar un seguimiento del pedido en Internet. La información actualizada sobre el seguimiento del pedido en el sitio web de la empresa de transportes puede tardar en estar disponible hasta 24 horas después de recibir el correo electrónico de confirmación del envío.
La entrega de los pedidos se realiza de lunes a viernes, exceptuando los días festivos nacionales o locales, en la dirección de entrega que el cliente haya indicado en el momento de realizar el pedido.
El cliente puede recibir el pedido en cualquier dirección que desee (a excepción de apartados de correos). Para ello simplemente tiene que proporcionarnos la dirección en la que estará presente entre las 9:00 y las 19:00 horas. La empresa de transportes elegida intentará entregar el pedido en la dirección indicada por el cliente.
ADVERTENCIA: El cliente no puede elegir una hora concreta de entrega, ya que las entregas están condicionadas por las rutas definidas por la empresa de transportes en la fecha de entrega correspondiente.
Indicar una dirección incorrecta o incompleta puede dar lugar a que el paquete sea devuelto a FEVAIT,SL., ocasionando costes adicionales que serán a cargo del cliente. Por lo tanto, recomendamos que el cliente se asegure siempre de que la dirección de entrega que proporciona al realizar el pedido es completa y exacta. Una vez que el pedido se procesa, ya no es posible modificar ni la dirección de entrega ni los datos de facturación.

In the event that the customer is not present at the time of delivery at the indicated address, the procedure will be as follows:

The shipments circulate on a registered basis and are individually identified by a bar-coded label affixed to the front of the shipment.

This product guarantees:

• Shipments are delivered under signature at the addressee's address. If delivery cannot be made, a notice is left in the mailbox to pick it up at the indicated office, remaining for fifteen days on the list.
• Customers can track and monitor their shipments free of charge by using the shipment locator on the website: www.correos.es.
• If the order is not picked up from the post office, it will be returned to FEVAIT, S.L.

Delivery times

Average according to origin / destination, for shipments deposited before 4:00 p.m. in offices with afternoon shift or 2:30 p.m. in offices with morning shift only:

- Local: 1 working day - Provincial: 2 working days.

- National: Delivery, nationwide, of 93% of shipments within 3 working days.

- Europe: 2 to 4 working days.

- Other destinations: according to country.

Shipping and handling

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
- actual and volumetric weight of the order (whichever is greater);
- the rates of shipping companies which are updated periodically.
Shipping costs are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
Returned orders

In case a prepaid order is returned to FEVAIT,SL. for reasons not attributable to FEVAIT,S.L. or the shipping company, FEVAIT,S.L. will refund the customer the amount paid for the order, deducting the costs of shipping and return of the same. Prepaid orders are those whose payment has been made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
The customer can choose to be reimbursed through the original payment method, or by means of a reimbursement coupon that can be applied to a future order. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months, counting from the date of creation of the coupon. Once this period has elapsed, no further reimbursement can be made. In the event that the original payment was made by bank transfer, the customer must provide their bank details in order for the refund to be made.
If the carrier is responsible for the failed delivery and return of the order, regardless of the method of payment selected, the customer must send us a written complaint which will be analyzed by the carrier. If the problem in the delivery of the order is due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the customer must attach to his claim a proof of address (e.g. gas, water or electricity bill).
The solution that FEVAIT, S.L. will present to the customer will depend on the response provided by the carrier. Therefore, in the cases of claims related to the transport service, we will only be able to offer a solution to the customer when we have obtained a response from the transport company. If the carrier assumes full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items initially ordered are still available, we will propose to the customer the reshipment of the order at no additional cost. The customer may also opt for a full refund of the amount paid instead of a replacement order. If the carrier does not assume responsibility, we will not be able to accept the claim and therefore will not be able to send a replacement order. The corresponding refund will be subject to the terms mentioned above in relation to orders returned for reasons beyond the control of FEVAIT, S.L. or the carrier.

Order cancellation

El cliente solo puede cancelar el pedido directamente en su cuenta si el pedido aún no se ha pagado y no está siendo procesado. Si se cumplen estas condiciones, el cliente simplemente puede acceder a su cuenta, hacer clic en «Mi cuenta » y luego en «Mis pedidos». Returns

If the customer wishes to return one or more products, he/she may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product(s) are intact, sealed, complete and in the original package. Packages that show signs of having been damaged or altered will not be accepted. The customer must ensure that the product(s) to be returned arrives at our premises within 28 days from the date of delivery of the order.
To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact our customer service department. The customer must specify the order number, description or reference number(s) of the product(s) to be returned, and how the refund will be made. The customer may choose to be reimbursed via the original payment method or by means of a discount coupon. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of creation of the coupon. Once this period has elapsed, no refund will be possible.
The customer must take into account that, if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign and its purchase allowed the inclusion of an additional free product in the order, he/she will have to return both products, the purchased and the free one. Both products must meet the criteria mentioned above.
A pack, consisting of several products, can only be returned in its entirety. Therefore, if the customer wishes to return a product purchased as part of a pack, he/she must return all the products included in that pack. All products must meet the above criteria.

We do not accept returns of incomplete products, damaged, with signs of having been used or without the original packaging and/or labeling.
If we receive an item in any of the aforementioned conditions or with the label of the transport company stuck directly on the corresponding package, the customer will lose the right to be refunded and will have 10 days to pick up the item from our facilities, taking charge of the expenses derived from the same.

Digital and physical book returns

- Digital books and other virtual products that are downloaded cannot be returned.

- Physical books can be returned only if they have arrived damaged or broken.

Changes

The customer must return the product(s), request a refund and then place a new order.

Methods of reimbursement

FEVAIT,S.L. hará todo lo posible para reembolsar al cliente lo más rápidamente posible. Sin embargo, FEVAIT,S.L. tiene derecho a reembolsar en un plazo máximo de 15 días, contados desde el momento en que el producto llega devuelto a nuestro almacén.

Reimbursement of shipping costs

In case FEVAIT,S.L. is responsible for the return of the order, we will reimburse the respective shipping costs (e.g. in case of defective products or products different from those requested in the order).
However, if in an order of several products only one of them is defective, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Product information

El importe del (de los) producto(s) retirado(s) será reembolsado inmediatamente mediante un cupón descuento. Dicho cupón tendrá una validez de 12 meses, contados a partir de su fecha de creación. El cliente será informado a través del servicio de atención al cliente de la alteración en su pedido y del código del cupón descuento creado. Si el cliente prefiere un reembolso a través del método de pago original en vez del reembolso en cupón descuento, deberá solicitarlo respondiendo al mensaje que se le envía a través del servicio de atención al cliente con el código del cupón descuento. Para que se pueda realizar el reembolso mediante transferencia bancaria, el cliente tendrá que proporcionar los datos bancarios de la cuenta en la que desea que efectuemos el reembolso (banco, titular de la cuenta, IBAN y SWIFT).
