For those of you who don't know me, my name is Francisco Espín, and I've been training athletes in the world of bodybuilding and fitness for over 20 years, working with both amateur and professional athletes at the international level.
Over the years, I have developed a training methodology based on individualized approaches, precise control of each training session, attention to the athlete’s health, and the constant pursuit of peak competitive performance. My goal has always been to help each athlete reach their maximum physical potential, while respecting the needs and characteristics of each individual.
In recent years, I have focused much of my work on athletes with high-level competitive goals, supporting them throughout all phases of the season: off-season, competitive preparation, fine-tuning, and peak week.
Throughout my career, the athletes on the team have achieved results at the highest international level:
71 IFBB Pro wins and 75 Olympia qualifications.
1 Ms. Olympia title.
2 Top 2 finishes, 2 Top 3 finishes, 2 Top 4 finishes, and 1 Top 5 finish at Mr. Olympia.
2nd place at the Arnold Classic Pro.
I currently work with a limited number of athletes so that I can provide fully personalized attention and maintain the level of rigor and professionalism that I consider necessary for each training program.
That is precisely why we have also developed the Coach Support services, with the goal of enabling more people to access my work methodology, planning, and training philosophy through coaches who have been trained directly under my system and are continuously supervised by me.
